La Navidad,  es típicamente el mes para coger algunos kilos de más  "tiempo de peligro" para  la mayoría de la gente, pero descubre cómo perder peso ANTES DE NAVIDAD.

No esperes,   con la típica frase   'Empezaré en enero'

10 pasos sobre cómo perder peso antes de Navidad.

Paso 1 : - Adiós a los alimentos procesados.

Paso 2: - Llena tu nevera de verduras, bayas, ensaladas, huevos, pescado magro y carnes.

Paso 3: - Come  frutas pero limita toda la ingesta de frutas con alto contenido en azúcar .
