Para conseguir un vientre plano para este verano es necesario seguir algunas recomendaciones generales que van a ayudar a conseguir el objetivo deseado.

Por un lado, es necesario seguir una dieta equilibrada e intentar realizar unas cinco comidas a lo largo del día. De esta manera conseguiremos que el metabolismo se mantenga activo y se minimiza el sentimiento de hambre.
