La planta de Aloe Vera es comúnmente conocida por la cantidad de propiedades beneficiosas que posee para el cuidado de la piel, la salud bucodental, quemaduras del sol o cicatrices.

Esta planta tiene propiedades antiinflamatorias, antisépticas, cicatrizantes y se usa mucho en tratamientos de belleza, entre otros.

¿Pero cómo debes usarla? Es muy fácil sigue estos consejos:

Cicatrizante y antiséptico

En casos de heridas no demasiado profundas o si te has quemado con el sol puedes aplicar aloe vera directamente sobre la herida o la zona quemada por el sol. Su afecto cicatrizante y antiséptico junto son sus propiedades regeneradoras harán que esa zona cure antes y evita que queden marcas.

Es tan fácil como cortar una rama de aloe vera y aplicar la sabia directamente sobre la piel. La parte que no uses la puedes meter en la nevera para la siguiente aplicación.

Belleza

En muchos países el aloe vera se usa como tratamiento de belleza sobre todo en la cara. Gracias a su composición, el gel de aloe vera ayuda a aumentar y regenerar las fibras de colágeno de la piel y por eso dan a la piel un aspecto más saludable.

Debemos dar las gracias a las glicoproteínas, alantolina, que contiene esta planta y que hacen que se produzca la regeneración epitelial.

Para conseguir todos estos beneficios, puedes aplicar directamente el aloe vera directamente desde la rama e ir reservando en la nevera la rama cortada. También puedes extraer el jugo y licuarlo con una batidora para guardarlo en la nevera en un recipiente de plástico como si se tratara de una crema. De esta manera es más fácil de aplicar y resultará una solución refrescante.

Cuidado bucodental

Como ya hemos comentado, el aloe vera tiene grandes propiedades cicatrizantes, antisépticas y regenerativas. Por ello es muy buena su aplicación para las encías y boca en general.

Si tienes problemas de encías sangrantes o tienes predisposición a la aparición de yagas en la boca, puedes aplicar aloe directamente en la zona después de lavarte los dientes y notarás enseguida la mejoría.

Por su riqueza en antraquinonas, esta aplicación combate los gérmenes que debilitan las encías. Además, se ha observado que los dentífricos con aloe vera frenan la acción de las bacterias que causan el sarro y la caries.
