El agua es esencial para la vida y consumir más o menos agua va a influir en nuestro organismo. Una buena hidratación te facilita una buena digestión, favorece el funcionamiento de los músculos, el flujo sanguíneo y ayuda a la depuración del organismo.

Con todo, es importante saber que el agua no solo se consigue a través de la ingestión de líquidos, algunos alimentos también proporcionan hidratación a nuestro organismo.
